Ali is a knowledgeable, passionate and highly motivated trainer with over 10 years industry experience. She takes great pride in helping clients develop sustainable healthy lifestyles. She is currently studying for a degree in sport science and has extensive practical experience working with a range of goals including boxing coaching, weight loss and sports specific training. Her sessions are enjoyable and effective and use a variety of techniques including pad work, HIIT, and strength training. Ali is a trainer who leads by example, currently competing in Olympic style boxing and has represented England.
